NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at
Newport Cricket Club, Newport International Sports Village, Spytty Park, Newport, NP19 4PT on
Monday 18th December 2023 at 7.00pm for the purposes as outlined in the attached document.
Following the General Meting there will be a Q&A session for supporters to be able to speak to representatives of the Board of Directors.
