BRIDGEND RAVENS vs \NEWPORT

After the disappointment of the Neath home game postponement let’s hope the weather is a bit kinder for the Thursday evening trip to Bridgend.  The Black Ambers will be looking forward to playing in front of the TV cameras on a good surface.

Bridgend are in the middle of the league table with five wins and five losses from their ten games played but they are a good solid outfit with a very determined defence. This game will be a good test for a Newport team needing to get back to winning ways.

Newport includes Rynard Landman in the second row with the South African helping out with the second-row crisis. Harri Ackerman makes a return from a long spell out injured playing at inside centre. The prop injury situation is relieved with Thomas Davies and Nathan Evans on the bench
