No time to rest for Newport as they prepare to face Merthyr. An error strewn display against a tenacious RGC means they have it all to do if they are going to claim the league title. It’s still in our hands but now we need to win our last two league games. All thoughts of the cup final at The Principality Stadium have been put to one side as everyone in the camp focuses on the next game.
The Black & Ambers will need a huge effort to get the win against a powerful Merthyr outfit.
