Newport travel to St Helens on Saturday and will be keen to end the losing streak. They have lost three league games by a total of seven points and need to convert narrow losses into wins. The coaching team and players have been working hard to achieve the confidence and fluency that brought some great wins last season.
Swansea are placed fifth in the table and have had two good victories against Carmarthen Quins and Pontypridd playing the wide, fast-paced game that we associate with the All-whites. We can expect a high scoring game with lots of tries and lots of free-flowing rugby.
