CARMARTHEN v NEWPORT PREVIEW

The Black & Ambers head west knowing that they cannot finish lower than fourth but hoping that third place or even second place is possible. Three exciting wins against Pontypool, RGC and Ebbw Vale have put them in position to challenge for a high seeding in the play-offs.  Last Sunday’s game was particularly memorable for the emotional tribute to club legend, Brian BJ Jones.

Carmarthen are in seventh position but can still achieve sixth place, and an automatic place in the quarterfinals, if results go their way. They have a lot to play for on Saturday
