Following a big win at Bedwas and a narrow win at Dings Crusaders, The Black & Ambers now prepare for the trip to Brecon RFC. Under head Coach, Dale McIntosh, the club achieved promotion to the Championship last season and they are a well-coached, ambitious outfit. Last week they travelled to play Marlborough and earned a fine away win. They will certainly be a test for a Newport squad still trying players and combinations.
Once again the coaching team has selected a blend of established players and new players.
