Ben Roach has been named as captain for the 2023/24 season by Newport RFC. The tough, athletic No.8 has been the first name on he team sheet since joining the club and is popular with both his teams mates and supporters.
Ben will be starting his third season in black and amber and has already notched up 42 appearances and 11 tries.
