 Henry Martyn "Shorty" Jordan (back) attended Finchley School and. Monmouth School. Small but fast back. Won 3 Welsh caps (2t) 1885-89 (2 for Newport and last for L Welsh). Brother Charles played for Ireland vs Wales Apr 1884 when Ireland turned up 2 short at Cardiff. Harry McDaniel also played. Played for Guys Hospital and captained London Welsh 1888/9. 

Died 14 July 1902 at Newport.
