Newport's Players Past & Present
Here is a list of some of the players who have played for Newport RFC during its
illustrious history from 1875 to the present time. Several thousand players have
worn the famous Black & Amber shirt - over one thousand since WW2 - and hopefully,
with time, we will add a great number of these players. Currently any player who
has played in a Premier Welsh league match for Newport RFC is included as well as
many who have played in Welsh Cup matches. You will also find most of Newport’s
international players as well as past captains.
